My/our heartfelt condolences to you and the Polish Anthropological Community
Michal, I have just seen email that included a link to a New York Times story posted online a short while ago about the awful plane crash inside Russia.
I was horrified and very saddened to learn of the plane crash and the loss of life of so many key people high up in the Polish government, including your president and his wife.
I write right now in my personal capacity as your colleague/friend, but I also know that others in the United States and throughout the world share the sentiment.
Please pass on my/our heartfelt condolences to our colleagues throughout Poland.  I wish you all peace and hope in this time of such great sadness.
